Character Bios

Mr. E

Mr. E is the CEO of MNM Corporation. He is innovative, thoughtful, educated, patient, and considerate. He understands the importance of learning the behaviors of his employees in order to manage them successfully. He is experienced, and has worked with several diverse groups of people. Mr. E believes that his employees are the foundation of the company, and without them it would be impossible for the business to thrive.

Miss Cellaneous

Miss Cellaneous is a manager at MNM Corporation. She is intelligent, level-headed, and respectful. She treats her employees with courtesy and understanding, and believes that understanding each employees characteristics enable her to manage them effectively. Miss C is approachable, innovative, and always professional.

Genius George

Genius George is a top performer in his division. He is well educated, and has earned a PhD from an esteemed University. His intelligence sometimes inhibits his ability to communicate well with various audiences. He does not favor change, and takes pride in being knowledgeable about various subjects. He tends to like working alone as opposed to group work, and can sometimes come off as arrogant because of his intelligence.

Mellow Fellow

Mellow Fellow is always calm, laid back, and has a “go-with-the-flow” mentality. He is not decisive or assertive, but he is very accommodating. Fellow finishes projects on time, but he moves at a slower pace than most. His low energy level, and high accommodation can sometimes cause problems in group situations.

Faux-in-the-know Moe

Faux-in-the-know Moe has a strong personality. He is egocentric, disruptive, outspoken, domineering, and dramatic. He craves constant attention and enjoys telling lengthy stories. He finishes his projects, but never exceeds expectations. Moe is also socially handicapped, he has a hard time reading social cues and understanding social boundaries. Moe delegates well, and enjoys being the leader in team projects.

Hot Mess Hannah

Hot Mess Hannah is neurotic, manipulative, and self-absorbed. She is the office drama queen, and loves to let the rumor bird fly. Hannah is high-energy and a visionary, but she cannot delegate effectively. She has an excuse for everything and is a bit of a diva. Hannah is also known to be a backstabber, and will take credit for other people’s efforts.

Artsy Arturo

Artsy Arturo is a creative employee, he is an abstract thinker and a perfectionist. Arturo does not like to compromise, and will argue to get his way. He is scatter-brained and seems to constantly be in an “organized” mess. Sometimes  aspects of his native culture conflict with the work culture of MNM Corp.

Simple Sally

Simple Sally is an administrative assistant at MNM Corp. She is very accommodating, but she is resistant to change. Sally is sweet, but sensitive. When conflict arises she folds like a cheap suit. She has low ambition and low initiative. She is territorial with her assigned tasks, and does not effectively multitask. Sally is generally a happy person, and brings a positive attitude to the work environment.

Technical Travis

Technical Travis specializes in the areas of IT and other technology-based systems. Travis is argumentative, defiant, and derogatory. He is not compromising and only speaks in absolutes (its his way or no way). Travis is a pessimist, and is perceived as arrogant. Whenever someone needs an opinion, Travis has one. He makes an effort to stay current with tech trends, and has greatly improved the company’s use of technology.

Busy Body Barbara

Busy Body Barbara is the regulator, the rule-follower, and the task master. Barbara is the mother hen of the office, and involves herself wherever she can. Where she lacks in education, she makes up for in sensitivity. Barbara is not eloquent, but she loves to gossip. She keeps her co-workers motivated to stay on top of their assignments, and helps when she can.

Slick Rick

Slick Rick is in sales at MNM Corp. He has never met a mirror he didn’t like and maintains a shallow mentality. Rick makes decisions quickly without thinking them through. Despite his flaws, Rick remains an eternal optimist, which enables him to be a successful sales associate. He is also known to be sneaky and does not have a problem using others to climb the corporate ladder. Rick is gifted with words, and is known to motivate his co-workers to stay positive about their work.
