Leaders come in all shapes and sizes. Different leaders and leadership styles are required for different groups of people. Some respond to a firmer management team, while others prefer the laissez-faire approach. Understanding what type of leadership style a group needs can be challenging, but assessments can help leaders recognize attributes about themselves, and how their attributes affect those they are leading.

By knowing where extra attention is needed, leaders can capitalize on their potential.
