Assess Strengths to Develop Weaknesses

Personal strengths and weaknesses are often discussed during interviews. No matter how self-aware someone is, their perception of themselves will always be biased. Weaknesses often remain underdeveloped because positive attention is always awarded to people’s strengths. What happens when the strengths begin to mirror the weaknesses?

Knowing strengths and weaknesses on an individual level allows for candid discussions about professional development.

Employee assessments enable employers to determine people’s strengths and weaknesses without a personal bias. The calculated results from the assessments clearly portray a behavioral outline of an individual. With this information, employers are able to interpret and contrast an employee’s perception and the objective data. Knowing strengths and weaknesses on an individual level allows for candid discussions about professional development. Assessments are the tool that can be used for turning weaknesses into strengths.
