The hiring process can be a manager’s worst nightmare if the proper filters aren’t recognized prior to the interviewing process. This is especially pertinent in today’s job market due to the large number of people seeking employment. The good news is the number of qualified people searching for a job has also increased. The odds are in the hiring manager’s favor as far as finding a larger talent pool to choose from.
